For over ten years, Owner Ken Dominguez has built a reputation as an honest hard working repair technician while working for other HVAC companies in the western New York area. Over this time Ken has learned a lot about the concerns and fears of customers and has opened KJ Mechanical with the hopes of being able to address these concerns. Ken is committed to providing quality service to the community. He believes that a reputation as a honest and reliable service company is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, charging high rates or recommending unnecessary services to customers, KJ Mechanical believes that a good reputation and consistent service will reap bigger profits in the long run. By being trustworthy, Ken believes that he will enjoy a long term profitable business that serves the community.
Ken grew up in Lewiston, NY, he decided in high school to go to BOCES for HVAC/R . While attending BOCES Ken went to the NY state Skills USA competition and placed first in all of NY. He then went on to Nationals and competed against the best students in the country. Since then he studied Mechanical Engineering at Alfred State college, and Buffalo State college. Over the years he has worked for several companies, including the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hyatt Regency Buffalo as a service technician, each opportunity he used to expand his knowledge in the field. Now Ken has opened KJ Mechanical to allow customers in the Buffalo-Niagara area to benefit from his experience
